As a mother of 3 kids, it is my life mission to keep them safe from harm. But I was working half the time and I cannot be with them 24 hours a day. I leave my 3 year old Hannah to a reputable day care center while I work the shift. Never in my wildest dreams that something could go wrong in a center filled with kids. My little girl died in her day care center.

The story came to me as accidental. I mean, who would want to kill a little girl right? Another girl in the day care was carrying a sharpened pencil and slipped due to uneven wooden flooring. The pencil was then facing my Hannah and it struck her neck. She died within minutes. My wrongful death attorney Tampa based told me that Hannah is dead because the day care owner was negligent and failed to repair the floor which caused the slipping of the other child.

My purpose was not to inflict pain on the parents of the child who killed Hannah nor had to destroy the reputation of the day care center but it to be done. My Tampa injury attorney  told me that they need to know their shortcomings so that other kids like Hannah will be saved from future harm. I guess, this was closure for me too. I miss her terribly and no amount of cash can replace her but in her memory, I made sure that this will never happen again.
