My Grade-VI class made a plan to spend one Friday night at school.  This is in relevance to their Science subject of which they were discussing about galaxies and constellations.  They were given an assignment about stars and instead of doing it alone they decided to do it together.  The school administration approved to have the pupils spend a night in the school.

Since the kids were going to spread out tents in the soccer field, the first thing I did was to look for a company that offers great insect management system.  I wanted to make sure that the field was free of unwanted bugs and insects.  That was one way that my pupils were going to enjoy outdoor. 

For them to enjoy and maximize their weekend, I asked them to have the entire Saturday morning for recreational activities too.  We planned of having board and card games only.  The pest control company I had called had an outdoor cooling system too.  This worked like a mini sprinkler.  Aside from driving away insects, the ground was also cooled down.  My kids were able to enjoy their weekend.  They had not only thrown a lot of wishes in the star, they were also able to learn different card and board games.
