I was pricing some glo sticks at the local dollar store the other day and thought that it was a pretty good deal since you got two glo sticks in a pack for a dollar. I was going to hand them out to the neighbor kids at our annual neighborhood picnic the following month.

I decided not to buy them right away, and to try and figure out how many I would need first. After figuring the number of kids in the neighborhood, I decided to make sure that another store would not have a better price.

I looked online at a few department stores but none of them carried them. I then found a dealer that sold not only glo sticks but glow face paint too. I figured that since the kids always get their faces painted that we should use the glow face paint and then as it got darker, their faces would glow in the dark. I knew that they would love it.

I also got a great deal on the glo sticks which beat the dollar store price. Everyone had a great time at the picnic, and the kids and the parents kept thanking me and telling me what a great idea it had been to get the glo sticks and the paint.
